Christmas in China

In China you can say “Merry Christmas”, or “San darn fai lok” in Cantonese, or “Sheng dang kuai le” in Mandarin, …

Know one knows for sure how many of us celebrate Christmas, but maybe something between 10% and 70%?! It’s similarly difficult to describe the weather because it varies too much in such a large country.

You can spend the Christmas time either with your family, your peer or even on a romantic date. Many people are going shopping on the 25th and those malls will be decorated. Additionally the movie “Home alone” gets screened in television. Instead of presents we give each other apples to wish the other person a safe-and-sound time.
